I spent Thursday night, all day Friday, and some of the weekend in bed feeling miserable. There seems to be some kind of stomach bug going around. Ted had it last Monday. I got it Monday night but it was gone by Tuesday. However, then I got it again Thursday night!

I was miserable Thursday night, missed Friday at work, and was shakey-but-better on Saturday. The symptoms are: nausea and crampy stomach, slight fever, aching-all-over, and maybe headaches too. It seems to be going around here in Dallas.

In other news, we had a baby shower / crawfish boil at our house Saturday evening for our friend Thuy, who is due for a C-section on May 20th. Her hubby grew up in Lousiana so they are big fans of Cajun food and wanted to have a crawfish boil. That was interesting. It was a pretty fun time.

Thanks emd, yes I am feeling better. Although about exactly a week later (last Thursday) I was suffering from a case of pink eye. And now this week I have a nagging sore throat that I HOPE won't develop into anything. Crazy! And I am the one who usually brags about my strong immune system. What's going on? :(
