Thursday was American Thanksgiving so we got Thursday and Friday off! That was a very nice break from work. We didn't go anywhere, but we did get a lot of stuff done around the house.

We were invited to two thanksgiving dinners with friends (each had ample vegetarian selections so I was happy). That lead to two full sleepy evenings. :)

We also finally took the old furniture that was really crappy and broken to the dump and dropped it off. Plus we put the old furniture that is still usable but we don't need it right now, into storage. So it was good to get that junk out of the house. Now we have a usable guest room again (hint, hint to anyone who is considering visiting us - come on!) We finally got storage for our RV as well - it is no longer in the driveway. It is covered so it will be safe from those crazy Texas hailstorms in the future. We can now actually park in our driveway - imagine that! Maybe if we clean out our garage we'll be able to park in there. Amazing!

We even did yard work and put up Christmas lights. All in all, very productive.
