I have been too busy lately to do many updates online - partly because I joined a new project at work and it's pretty busy. And partly because my parents are visiting all the way from Newfoundland!

We have been having lots of fun so far with shopping (I bought my first maternity clothes), golfing, visiting our favorite restaurants, etc. We also have planned a trip to Austin in the RV coming up. I wish I could have taken more time off with them while they are here but I just don't have enough vacation time. :( I am taking a couple days.

So far the weather has been good for their visit. The first 2 days were HOT - 30 degrees C! Wow. Since then it has cooled down to a comfortable 16 - 17 C. They are really enjoying it since they still have snow back home.

First of all, congratulations Janice and Ted. I just wanted to say hi and let you know that we're freezing up here on "The Rock". Glad you're having a good time. Have lots more fun and take care. See you when you get home John and Madge.

Hi Aunt Gloria, thanks for the congrats! I hope the weather clears up soon. Just think last year this time you were all in the Dominican Republic!... sigh... I bet that sounds nice right now - it does to me also! We still haven't gotten around to viewing Mom and Dad's videotape from there but they DID bring it so we will have to make sure to watch!
