My parents left on Saturday morning and are now back in Newfoundland. It was a really fun visit and the 2 weeks went SO fast. Luckily we already know we will see them again in August or it would be even more sad to say good-bye.

My mom is planning to stay for almost a month in August around the time of our baby's arrival, and my dad will come for as long as he can as well. My sister and my aunt are also planning on coming so it will be quite the 0th Birthday Party! Although, I am sorry for making everyone come to Texas in August, that was bad planning. Ooops. Maybe we will be lucky and have a cooler summer this year? What are the chances...? ;)

By the way, everything with the pregnancy is going very well. I feel so lucky compared to friends/acquaintances/friends-of-friends who are so sick, some on bedrest, and have a whole host of strange complications. But I'm crossing my fingers that this continues for me. While my mom was here she went to one of my prenatal appointments and got to hear the baby's heartbeat and stuff so that was cool. The belly has suddenly been popping out quickly in the last 2 weeks! I went from "nothing showing" to being fairly obvious (at least in my opinion) just like that! Luckily, I just bought some maternity clothes so I have something to wear because in the space of a week or so my normal clothes just stopped fitting.
