Another "birthday" for Canada! I wish I had a holiday today but no such luck - at least we will get Monday off. I hope everyone has a great day and especially all our friends in Ottawa, which I fondly remember as the BEST place to celebrate July 1.

Happy Canada Day indeed!!!! We did not go to The Hill this year...spent Canada Day on the deck lounging by/in the pool with about 30 of our closest friends. It was a great day! I still fondly remember that one Canada Day when Ted was in Ottawa and we all headed down for the festivities...and yes Janice, I do remember the eyebrow ring! That was a great day! I have a really great picture of you guys on that day. I will find it and email it to you. Take care...we'll chat soon.

Hi Tina, a Canada Day house party is always fun too! Sounds like a great time. Hopefully next year we'll be in Ottawa around this time to celebrate with you! I've been watching the Ottawa weather on and off... it seems a little cooler than here so that's good - and we have been having a cooler summer so far. But then... I remember the "humidex"... blech!

I'd love to see pics from Canada Day 1996! Send them sometime if you can find them.
