On Sunday we went mountain biking at Erwin Park. I just did a short and easy loop while Ted watched Peyton. I am happy that I was able to do that only 8 weeks after giving birth though!

Way to go, Janice. You'll be back to normal before you know it. Bet Peyton will love going with you when she's older. p.s. Thanks to Ted for helping me with my computer problem when you were on your outing.

Of course our little cutie gets TONS of big hugs and kisses from us... but I'll give her some special ones from her Vernon grandparents. Hope she gets to meet you soon!
