I haven't had much time to write lately because things have been very busy! We just got back from BC, had a quick visit from my parents, and there are more trips coming up!

We went to BC for 10 days to visit friends and family, and we hit the lower mainland, Okanagan, and Vancouver Island in a whirlwind tour and managed to see most people we wanted to. Peyton did pretty well with the travelling and got back on schedule fairly quickly after we got home. She did take a while to warm up to everyone when we arrived but by the end of the trip she was taking all the new faces in stride.

When we got home to Ottawa, my parents came to town because my mom had a business conference. They came a few days early and we had a nice, although too short, visit. Mom has another conference here in late April so I'm happy we'll see them again soon.

Coming up before then, we are going to Dallas (Ted has a business trip and Peyton and I are tagging along to visit friends and shop) and then to Halifax to visit my sister and my cousins and a new second cousin (or whatever you call the child of your cousin) who could be born any day now. So it's going to be a very busy spring for us! It's busy, but nice though, to have so many things to look forward to.
