Hi... we are still here and we did celebrate Christmas in the Pottle/Stuchberry family! We had my parents and my sister (and my sister's dog) visiting for the holidays and it was a great time, but did not leave much time for getting on the computer.

My sister was here for three weeks to avoid Air Canada's holiday pet embargo and fly with her dog Chaya. She just left yesterday. My parents were here for about 10 days from Dec 21 to Jan 1.

We did lots of Christmas shopping before the Big Day, and still some shopping afterwards! We also attended some potlucks, went hiking in the snow in the Gatineaus (there was snow for a few days, it's gone now), and went on some dog park excursions with the three dogs. All in all it was a fun time. Unlike last year, nobody got too sick over the holidays so that was a relief. We did have some minor headcolds and stuff.

Now it's back to the regular routine I guess... sigh... it's hard to have my family so far away and I hope I'll get to see them again soon. We're sad we didn't get to see any of the BC family, but we are planning a trip out there sometime this spring.
