I spent Thursday night, all day Friday, and some of the weekend in bed feeling miserable. There seems to be some kind of stomach bug going around. Ted had it last Monday. I got it Monday night but it was gone by Tuesday. However, then I got it again Thursday night! ...more

We have known about this for a few weeks, but it was just officially announced on Thursday so I thought I'd announce it here too... Ted has a new job! He is still working for Nortel (and in fact for now he is even sitting in the same cubicle and all that). But he is now a PLM (Product Line Manager). This means he is not in R&D anymore, but will instead be interfacing with the customer and steering the direction of our new products, etc. In other words he will now be supplying the high level requirements to R&D. ...more
