We've now booked our summer trips! I am going to meet my parents at Virginia Beach in mid-July, and we are doing our annual BC/Tofino trip in early August! Fun stuff coming up! Other than that, things have been pretty quiet around here. But I thought I'd blog about our new cellphones. I haven't had much time to 'blog, work has been super busy - and for Ted too. For me, we were trying to declare "Design Test Complete" for our features last week so I worked late every night, from wake-up to bedtime - not much fun. Some of our features met the milestone. As of Friday, Ted and I have been married for 5 years! How amazing, time goes so fast. What did we do to celebrate? Well, first we did something that I picked out, a nice dinner at a restaurant we hadn't tried yet, Banana Leaf - thai cuisine, my favorite, yum! Nothing too exciting is going on in our lives lately. Over the weekend we spent a lot of our time doing much-needed pool maintenance. Our pool filter was broken, causing our pool to become green and slimy... yuck. So we fixed up the filter and got this all cleaned up on Saturday. By Sunday it was crystal clear and ready to go! The water is a good temperature right now, around 80-82 F. ...more
